`Brie <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brie>`__ - this time with truffles - tastes like standing on a platform filled with marbles: You know you're onto something supposedly steady, but somehow the base is missing. The Brie doesn't give you a heavy basic taste and only leaves a light aftertaste. If you come down with a cold, you basically can't taste anything, but it feels like is deep frozen.

Without the truffles the 31% fat would have been wasted and you'd fallen bored asleep.

I prefer the Stilton, while we're talking about basic cheese. As  soon as you mix brie with grapes on the other hand - oh, weeeeeeeeeeee.
