During the last weeks when only few updates came pouring in here, her albums where playing back and forth in my playlist. Since a couple of days she got replaced, but I think she deserves a memo here. I have, of course, already forgotten where and why I found here. As usual and I am really sorry. Her music started as it often does only in the background. Being busy with other things. After a couple of songs the playlist reached "Run for love" and this song clearly gets the background music into the foreground. A quiet start gets the overtaken by the strong finale. There, right there it crossed the line into the light of being noteworthy. Joan Wasser plays a mix between easy Jazz, Leonard Cohen and Florence and the machine.
